What a great holiday looking after your own horse, helping drive your gypsy wagon. Exploring the countryside, making camp and discovering wildlife in the wild rather than the zoo.

Clydesdales really are gentle giants and they love children. The feeling is entirely mutual as you can see from these photographs.

If a week without the TV or your PC sounds like the end of the world, think again.

There's fresh air and exercise…but you'll hardly notice because this is a holiday where it's O.K. to get dirty, make a campfire, and do things you could only dream about at home.

  • Cards and a few board games.
